Remarks

The infrastructure of the college is good, and the sports complex of the college is also excellent. There is also a digital library in the college which is very educative. Also, the college Wi-Fi is not very good and the labs are not well equipped, but sadly there is no sickbay in any of the complexes, but only at the sports complex which is far away in case of emergency for the first aid. The canteen is also well-maintained, but the non-vegetarian food is not served.

Engineer entrance exam that I have written to enter this institution.I have not came across any of the interview process.I was able to choose this course because of my sisters inspiration who have completed this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Coming to the curriculum, it is designed such that it has theory and related lab classes in one semester. The curriculum is very well-planned and is very useful for the overall development of a student.Daily we are focused on partical learning.Small research initiatives were taken such as transformer.

Internships Opportunities

The percentage of internships are is so less because 20% of the students do not qualify for the criteria.the highest stipend amout given is 150000LPA.

Placement Experience

Very good placements with high packages. Lots of good companies are coming for placements like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Delloite, etc. They offer packages of 3 lpa to 14 lpa.70 percent of my seniors have got placements in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure in our university very much high I really a face difficult to pay the fee as I am paying a hike of rupees 150000 per annum which also included hostel fee but not a bus fee.

The faculty in the college are very friendly except a few. Sirs and mams completed their PhDs from well-reputed colleges. The presentations, video lectures and practical experiences are used for explaining which helps us in better understanding. The industry exposure is provided in the 2nd year which is related to the core department.

Placement Experience:

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
