I had been selected for this college through wbjeeb councilling.Actully this vary every year the higher rankers were shortlisted for core branch (just for the higher demand). There is currently 120 seats for mechanical engineering and 60for other branches.

Yes, college arrange internship for each student in different organisations. This is actually done on the basis of marks that they have obtained in the previous semester. But obviously you will get something useful, like power plant, steel plant, automobile sector (for mechanical branch).

Fee Structure is somewhat similar to other engineering colleges, for information the tuition fee is around forty-two thousand per semester. And hostal fee including mess chargeis around twenty five thousand per semester. And yes their is no any hidden charges like other colleges.

Since it is under the well known university and also AIICTS approved college you can easily get bank loan for your all fee's (including tuition and hostal fee). Also college provide some extra scholarship named Gouri devi scholarship from were you can get 18k to 25k concession in your semester fee.

Since it us a private collage, their is no any political issues ever happened. Ya like other colleges their is some incident like strike by some student community but these are easily managed by the college authority. There is also some cultural events takes place like blood donation camp, a hand towards poor child like these.

Hostel is too good with 24*7 hour electricity and water. Their is seperate place for each batch. Means juniors and seniors have different buildings. Obviously for girls there is different hostal with 24*7 hours security. And also their is wi-fi availability.

Be sure that it is a fully ragging free zone. Here senior are very supportive also for your studies. Some time passed out seniors arrange some campus recruitment in this college.

Like other engineering colleges it has also semesterwise exam schedule. It's approved by the MAKAUT(Maulana abul kalam azad university of technology previously known as West Bengal University of Technology ). It is also a AIICTS and UGC approved college.

According to your rank in wbjee you will get shortlisted for this college in different branches. It also take some admission through jee(main). If seats are vacent you may get direct admission according to your qualification but you have to pay some donations.

The faculties were too good and supportive, they're always egar to help us anytime. Even they also help us for preparation for competitive examination like GATE. Here you really get a very large and good library where you get everything necessary for the exams and competitive exams. You have also access to some research paper etc.
