My own thoughts regarding the campus

I chose b.com prog because at the time. of schooling, I chose commercial stream, and everybody in my family and friends suggested I choose b. com program. The faculty members of our college were very good. Nonteaching staff also seems very helpful to each student at every time. Even if a student faces any kind of problem regarding college they are always here to solve it. Now talking about university exams every semester we have to pass the written exam with 75 marks to promote in the next semester and the remaining 25 marks belongs to the subject teacher which includes 5 marks for attendance and the remaining for tests or assignment.

Our college provides the best placement opportunities. Best companies like Deloitte, and KPMG come with an average package of around 5 lakhs plus some more perks. If students want to sit in the placement he/she has to become eligible because only those students are able to sit who maintain their cgpa above than 6. Only after completion of 2 years i.e. only 5 semesters, students are eligible for sitting in the placement. The highest package was going around 10 lakhs. If I get selected by some company then it will be a great opportunity for me otherwise I will go for further higher studies.

The fees were average but every year there was a little hike in fees the thing I liked was that the college also provided some kind of student aid fund. Which we have to go through the process of submitting the necessary documents and then the final round is a personal interview if the student passes this he /she gets some amount in kind of scholarship.

Every student has a different experience regarding the life on campus. For me sometimes it was boring and sometimes it was amazing. Your whole college life depends on your friend circle if you belong to enjoying a friend circle then it is amazing but this is rare. Everyone here is just minding their own business and they don't care about anyone else. But our college has a big and peaceful library it opens for 12 hours. Every student would love to go to their college library where they can comfortably study without any disturbance. There are all kinds of facilities. Anyone who wants to play can play. The sports room has all types of equipment.

At that time there was a cut-off basis system. Every college has its own cut-off list which goes up and down. North campus college cutoffs are very high and there was also a relaxation of 1 percent for girls or reservation categories. I got admission easily on the basis of the cut-off as I got good marks in my 12th standard.
