Its quite expensive almost 2.5 lakhs per annum. But scholarships are available for poor students as per their income. It is the most expensive NIT in contrast with all other NITs. Hostel fees is most expensive also with academic fees and institution fees. But scholarships reduces our burden upto a certain limit.

Gender ratio is almost 90:10.Have a wide diversity of students starting from Jammu kashmir to Tamil Nadu. Campus life is very much hectic starting from 8 a.m. in the morning up to 5 p.m. in the evening after that extra curricular activities are there for us to take participate.

Different hostels for different years of students. We get 4 times food per day for breakfast then lunch then snacks in the evening time and then dinner. Food quality is many times good and for some specific intervals, it becomes bad. There are the different menu in the summer season and for the Winter Season, the menu changes.

Very helpful Alumni. Helps in getting Internships in their field. Many of our seniors get an internship by the Recommendation of their alumni. Alumini are spread all over the world like they are in Australia, Singapore, America, France etc.

2 semesters per year and 3 times exams per semester. We have to go through 2 Mid-Terms and one End-Term in each semester. Only college which conducts 3 times exams per semester. Almost exams on every month end. First 15 days of month take participate in different activities and in the last 15 days study.

I got admission through the 1 month long process of JOSAA. We makes a list Institutes in which we want to take admission and they gives us a college according to our rank. JOSAA conducts councilling for both NITs and IITs simultaneously and most of our choice is also a mixture of both NITs and IITs.

They are available in their office in the working hours besides the classes schedule. Also they lives in the college. You can see them walking in the night or in the morning around your hostels. So they are available easily. They shares their contact number with us. Since they are available in their cabin in their respective department so its becomes very easy to contact them.
