Incomplete construction in middle of campus
Sometimes the food quality is not nice in hostel

I took Electronic And Communication Engineering at SRM Amaravati. This is a private university institute and the faculty and student ratio is 8:10. There is an adequate amount of faculty present here in the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

SRM University's b.tech fee varies from course to course or branch and for my branch which is electronic communication and engineering is 155000 and the entrance exam itself scholarship exam for fee reimbursement and helps students with financial assistance.

Campus Life

Every year our institute or our university conducts many fests like cultural, freshers, traditional day or ethnic day and there are many clubs like dance, music, and photography, and the college encourages students.

Admission

Eligibility for the course is the completion of 12th standard or intermediate 2nd yr in state board and to get this college we need to write the college entrance exam. Reservation benefits are also there to avail admission to college.

1. From third year second semester students become eligible for college placements. 2. Companies visited are Cisco, Infosys and Accenture they are combined gave around 121 offers. 3. The highest package is 36 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa and lowest package is 3-5 lpa. 4. The percentage of students got placed are 80%. 5. My plans after getting college degree is to get a high paying job in a reputable company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

I chose SRM AP over VIT or local picks due to its modern tech focus. Some students miss IIT or NIT because of high JEE ranks. SRM AP is a top private choice for CSE. I mainly choose this as this is a university and also they have a high percentage of placements for students in the university.
