My honest review as a 2nd year student

According to my rank, I want a good college with decent placements ece gives both options of choosing tech vs non-tech jobs so I chose but it was very hectic. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:30. Faculties are well qualified. But I will not appreciate their teaching skills. They are just average or below average. Exams happen very often so you should be well prepared. End sem exams are difficult because it is 100 marks exams in 3 hrs so there is very much to write.

Placements are good but there is a large decrease in placements because of campus shifts and the companies Now do not come from svnit which was the mentor institute. Oracle and Brain are major companies. The highest package is 42 lacs. And the average package is 12 lakhs. Placements are ongoing around 50% are currently placed. I will look for placements.

There are not many fees or fee hikes. The fees of college are also much less. Tuition fees cost around 6.5 lakhs for the full course and the hostel will cost around 3 lakhs. I got medhavi scholarship that covered my 100 percent tuition fees but it is only for MP students with above 85% in boards.

Campus life is good. The seniors are very nice. There is a nice coding culture. There are various events on festivals and there are annual fests such as saanjh and spring fiesta. Course books are available in the library. Projectors are there in every classroom. Ac labs are there but classrooms are very uncomfortable, especially during summer. There is our sports club which organizes various games like cricket football volleyball kho kho kabbadi. There is also an esports club. Indominous club for management and designs. LCS club for coding. GDSC is also there. There are various insta handles held by students.

You should have 75% on the 12th board. You can fill form of JEE on the NTA portal. The application fee in my case was 650 rupees. The dates of application may be around November or December. For reservation, I got obc certificate from the central government if you have a state one you have to upgrade to central. There should be improvement in the counseling process it is very complex and anyone can make mistakes during counseling.
