Nit Jalandhar mechanical department review.

Mechanical engineering is a real engineering course. So, I selected mechanical engineering and its average package is about 8.5 lakhs and you get many internship opportunities. The faculty of mechanical engineering at NIT JALANDHAR is very brilliant. Every professor is PhD Holder and most of them are from IIT ( Indian Institute of Technology). Every professor is related to research work, especially in mechanical engineering. Their teaching method is amazing. Exams are not much hard and not much easy but everything comes from our teacher's notes.

Many companies like BPCL, tata, and Mahindra Research and Research provide placements and internships at nit Jalandhar. Students need to prepare any minor projects and major projects and the professors of the mechanical department help the students in these projects. Projects like solar autos and cars were made recently.

From 5 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. In mechanical engineering, 90-95 percent of students have been placed with an average package of 8.5 lakhs. The highest package in 2023 was 24 lakhs given by ZSCALAR. After getting my degree, I'll go for MTech.

The annual fee is 250000. The Institute fee is very economical and here you can grab different types of scholarships which are either provided by the college itself or by the state government, the central government. The institute also provides financial aid to students in need.

Tech-niti and utkansh are one of the most high-scale fests organized in NIT JALANDHAR. The library is quite big and there is almost every book present in the library. The classrooms are very big and modern. The only problem in classrooms is that the teachers do not use mics to give the lecture. There are almost every sport and extracurricular activities, and they keep organizing functions related to them from time to time. There are many clubs and societies which are compulsory to join.

In BH1 ( BOYS HOSTEL 1 ) you will get a large room with a table and chair, almirahs, and fans. You need to share your room with 3 students. It's a large room and no problem arises. The mess food of BH1 is good, clean, and sometimes tasty. To register for a hostel, you need to visit the college website and then just pay the fee and book the room online.

I got here after taking the Jee Mains 2023 examination. I needed 75 percentage marks in the 12 board examinations. I found the application for this college from the josaa/ csab website in the month of June. Our counseling started on 19 June and got a seat in this college in August. The OBC category was very beneficial as you get branches at normal ranks. Admission processes are okay it doesn't need any type of improvement.
