I chose this course as it is a reputed university. The student-faculty ratio is 6:1 The faculties are amazing with highly skilled and qualified. teach with practical examples and the latest methods. Exams are always at proper times and if you follow the class then it's easy to pass

Internships are provided with TCS or you can apply on your own. The college will support it. Even international internships are also availed with the help of seniors. You can also take part in entrepreneurship.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. many companies visit ranging from 10-20 lpa. Nearly all the applying students for campus placements got placed. others can opt for higher studies. My plans after getting a degree are to grow my knowledge get up to date with all the latest technologies in the market and do something useful with my knowledge for society.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's a government University so less fees. You can apply for all types of govt. As well as private scholarships. Mainly we apply for Svmcm scholarships. It's 60000 per year. All the students are free to avail of the scholarships and colle will allow

Campus Life

Fests are conducted in the 2nd year in respective departments. The library is well furnished on the tech campus with a collection of 70000 books of all types. All the course books as well as other books can be found here. Classrooms are well maintained and clean with AC. You can find clubs and other curricular activities on the main campus. There are Halt prizes organised by students also gdse groups are there.

Admission

Eligibility should pass 10+2 with science with 75% marks. Have to qualify Wbjee with a good rank and check the cutoff from the Wbjee website. Admission is a simple process with Wbjee rank in the counselling rounds. very helpful faculties. Total course fee 30000 Hostel available for far away students Reservation: there is a reservation of seats for category students. The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
