Likes

Their is so much free time in this college, we have to go only 5 days in a week.
saturday and sunday are off so we have to go only 5 days in a week.
another thing i likes that is we can access all facilities of UIT.

Dislikes

their is no college life, no infrastructure, no placements, no companies..
no water in water coolers, no decipline,
in first year, MTech faculties tech us, so it is not a good thing

I chose this college because my JEE score was very low & about college's faculty, and faculties are good but there is no infrastructure and college life in this school of information technology RGPV. some senior faculty are Ph.D. holders and some are pursuing MTech Degrees.

Fees and Financial Aid

fee structure and scholarships are very well, my course fee is 40k but I have to pay only RS 500 because my in-come certificate is under 1lakh and my category is also OBC, scholarships like Medhavi, etc.

as I told in there is no college life in the school of information technology Regev, yeah books are available because SOIT is under UIT's Campus so SOIT students can access all the facilities of UIT RGPV.

Admission

we can Wake admission by the JEE examination, the application form is on nta.gov.in and it is conducted by NTA, it is for BTech & Brach courses, and it happens 2 times A year, after qualifying for JEE we should go through the counseling process.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Best government college if rank above 1Lakh-2lakh

I have applied to top government college in M.P. such as SGSITS and DAVV but i knew that i was not going to make in them. but this college is better than any private college out there in terms of fees and placements. I didn't make it to other applied college due to my jee rank obviously. Admission process of this college is that after choice filling and getting into this college you have to come to file some documents written in your mpdte site and confirm your admission by submitting admission and first semester fees.
