Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and engineering course covers programming languages and computer basics and the course makes students ready for industrial exposure. The teaching staff who explain core subjects are well but the remaining staff are normal. There are teachers who received doctorates and other degrees.

Actually, Vaagdevi College invites all the respective companies for placements but only a few companies offer placements. Due to strict competition, there is a shortage of jobs those who are well-trained and skilled get the jobs. In this competitive world we should go in a new way so trying a business or going abroad is my plan. Recently Genpact and Cyient have visited and offered a few placements. The percentage of placement is less in any college right now.

Fees and Financial Aid

Vaagdevi's college fee is around 86000 for autonomous college and 48000 for jntu course, for all the groups. The college conducts a few events and hackathons and gives rewards to qualified members. There is a CRT fee for final years to give training for campus placements which is nearly 6k.

Campus Life

Vaagdevi group of colleges has huge place with all facilities and features including parking, bank, sports amenities of cricket,football, basketball, shuttle etc. The annual fest takes place and there is a separate journal section in central library. The campus infrastructure is excellent but the maintenance and neatness is not upto standards.

Admission

I have taken a Bachelor of technology in Computer Science Engineering there is no particular eligibility for the course. The entry to the college is based on eamcet rank and going through counseling and web options we have to select this college, The starting rank is from 30 k and the last rank is around 70k. Seats are allocated according to reservations sc and St given first and they get full fee reimbursement from the government.

The exams can be done for once in two months and that are considered as mid examinations before that there is a lab internal after 2 months again these will happen after that lab externals and semester will be done total semester will be done by 6months including preparation holiday and regular holidays

I selected civil engineering course as of my intrest because civil was my interest since the beginning It's just developed like that .I feel like my civil related subject faculty are good.i hope my 4years jounery in snits goes well.As of now civil engineering is treated good in my college.

College for people with more money

Placement Experience:

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

Comming to course if you study for atleast imp u will survive no matter how hard the paper is and curriculum is easy to get on there is no issue in syllabus and other study related but he have to put minimum efforts to suvive through backlogs

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
