Likes

Management is very good and supportive .
The campus area is very good . You get 2 small grounds and one big grounds
The environment is students friendly .there are hardly any incidents of fight

Dislikes

Strict about class timing .they will close the gate at the exact time
Canteen is very good like cafe but the quality of food is not upto the mark
Sometimes there is a parking issue .Guard will not let you park your vehicle inside

Course Curriculum Overview

Since ITS College of Professional Studies is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University. It follows the course curriculum according to CSS University. The course covers all the technical subjects related to the IT field. Also, there is one subject on the commerce side every semester so that you can have a better understanding of working in the corporate culture.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite fine. My fee was 80k and after one year there is a fee hike of 10k which means for the 23 batch total annual fee is 90k. the fee hike is reasonable as compared to other colleges. There is no scholarship provided by the college. However, you can opt for the government scholarship. The college will help you to get the govt. scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus life at ITS is quite good. You will meet different kinds of people in the college. Remember that the college environment is made up of the students. There is an annual fest called UDGHOSH which is celebrated heavily for a week. The classrooms are modern with ACs and projectors in them. There is one day in every month which is specially dedicated to sports.

Admission

The admission process was smooth. The eligibility criteria are simple for the BCA course i.e., the admission is based upon the class 10 and 12 marks . There is a direct entry on the basis of marks. You can go on the official website to check for an application form, fee, and due dates. No reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
