Course Curriculum Overview
I chose BTech in ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING because of my interest in core engineering fields and a hybrid of both hardware and software not just IT. The faculties are quite good in the EEE department and the class strength is 65. Most of the faculties are Ph.D.
Internships Opportunities
The college will send you many mails regarding the internship opportunities and will also roll out various online courses, you can choose what you want to do, mostly the internship opportunities will have a stipend.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are basically 5 fee categories and I belong to category 1, which is a merit category with the lowest fee which is 1.74 lakhs a year and then the other categories have respectively higher fees with cat 5 with almost 4 lakhs a year. I am not under any financial aid so I can't comment on that.
Campus Life
The annual fest is VIBRANCE and the tech fest is TECHNO-VIT, VIBRANCE is conducted mostly in March and Techno-Vit is in September mostly. The library is the best because you will definitely get what you want if not copies are also available, it's a big library with all the facilities. There are many clubs and societies to be a part of and you can be with like-minded people.
Admission
The admission process is through the VITEEE entrance exam as well as the jee mains score during my time and the cut-offs vary each year depending on the number of students taking part in the examination. The exam fee was around 1500 and after getting the rank, for counselling the fee is 6k.
