Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B.com(Hons.) Because I wanted to pursue a career in entrepreneurial service. The faculty includes 15 highly qualified professors. There are about 50 students who come from different states of India.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 10405 per year

Internships Opportunities

The placement cell of our college provides very good internships from highly recognized companies. I have been part of an internship for 2 months which provided me 10000 a month. The experience was really good as it helped me understand how to work in a big company.

Placement Experience

The placements in my college are pretty good. The various companies who came to provide placement are namely Tata Consultancy Services, Amazon, etc. The highest package in my college was 30 lakh per annum and the least was 2 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of my college is the best a college can provide. As it is a part of Delhi University. There are various scholarships provided based on education and student excellence. There are a ton of opportunities available for students to get elected in campus jobs.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is very good as we can make new friends who are from the same course or sometimes from different courses. There are various college clubs namely the placement cell, the consultancy club, etc.

Admission

For applying for admission process the first step is to fill the application form of their respective college or university in which you are taking admission. You are required to visit the official website of that college or university and have to fill out the application form for admission. After filling out the application form with all the personal and academic details and uploading all the necessary documents you are required to pay the application fees through net banking/ debit card /credit card. Some colleges or universities also prefer an offline application process where you have to visit the campus of the college and obtain an application form by paying nominal charges. Then you need to fill out the application form carefully and submit the application form along with all the documents and admission fees.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I have applied for I have applied for few of the north campus colleges and few other colleges from the South campus. I got confirmed admission form DCAC. I chose it because I am a tabla player and music society is very good. The admissions are generally accepted to CUET UG examination. No I didn't applied for any other college and I choose this college over other college because of the course and the exposure which I get in this college it might be possible I will not get in any other college.
