The gate of the Sliet called duggan gate is quite interesting in evening and people will help you there very much

Course Curriculum is super easy and and the teachers some of them are good and engaging and some are like the professors they used to being. Course Curriculum is super easy the syllabus is quite easy and simple and you have not to worry about the syllabus and difficulty pattern.

The package and average package of our college are 6-8 lakhs per annum and the highest to date 24 lakh. This is very little. You are not born for this achieve some good college IIT or nit. You will find as bored and your all skills will be without productivity that's why opt for others.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are paid 2 times during a year semester-wise. The college fees are very adjustable with any category of family background. You can opt there when you don't have that control on your mind rather than selecting a good college.

Campus Life

Maduram and Tech Fest are 2 festivals celebrated in the college. Not so interesting very limit-bound. You can't enough enjoy there and the availability of books In the library is good but not every niche and specific topic books Extracurricular activities are like clubs, games and else. I think the club is good but joining the club of Sliet is just disgusting.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and mess facilities are good . You have to accomodate with 2 other guys in total 3 in one room . Mess is attached with the hostel . 10 hostels are for boys and 3 for girls . Hostel registration process will begin when you will go to college. Taking pg is good and I am living in pg only because the food of the mess is quite bad and ...

Hostel Fee: INR 8000 per year

Admission

You can take admission there with jee mains and Diploma after taking the College Entrance Exam. The application form will be on sliet.ac.in on the Admission tab. Reservation benefits are on jee mains only you will not get reservation benefits like that in college.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

True experience of a SLIET Student

I only looked for government colleges as they are affordable and well-reputed. I applied for several colleges and got selected for IIFPT Thanjavur and GGU Bilaspur but I wanted to study mechanical engineering and out of all options, this college was best known for its mechanical engineering course and lab facilities. I choose this college honestly as it was a centeral government college under josaa and has significantly less fees which would help me save for my master's . Internship apportunities in SLIET, Longowal

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
