I like our college campus area because our college campus area surrounded by most of the tree which i liked very much.
our teaching staff is more friendly and their teaching experience is so good and they have good communication skill which i liked very much.
and our college placement is good and most of the student got placed on their dream company.

Dislikes

college does not provide any tour so that student can enjoy their trip and feel good.
our college does not conduct any extra curricular activity so that student can interact with each other.
our college are very strict about the exam which i did not like very much

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because I am more passivate about working in big mnc companies and at the present time most of the companies work in computer science and technology. here faculty-student ratio is 5:1, most of the faculty have higher qualifications like PhD and so on, and their teaching method is awesome and they have the best communication skills to interact with the students, and our college conducts their semester exams twice in a year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here after getting admission, our college provides a fee structure, when and how much money will be given. here the cost to study is not higher. here student gets scholarship like SVMCM, OAISIS, and so on. most of the students get SVMCM scholarships.

Campus Life

our college conducted their annual fest in the month of April. name of the annual fest is Zeal. And tech fest is ignited. In our college libraries, most of the books are available which are in our course curriculum. Besides this lots of other books are available. some of our classrooms have projectors and the college provides a few facilities which are required for students. Sports events are conducted after the end of the tech fest.

Admission

eligibility-student can be eligible for this course if he/she passes the class 12 exam from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, and math .as Also as student must have qualified for the WBJEE exam. but in our college, there are few reservation quotas. I have qualified with the NY WBJEE exam as well as my board exam with above 60 percentage marks. Application fees vary from one student to another because they give their 1st preference on merit after that student gets admission to this college.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
