over crowded campus is quite annoying everywhere
the staff will show partiality towards localites
the strict rules of intime if hostels is wuite disappointing

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Electronics and communication engineering. as I have a very good knowledge over the things in chip manufacturing and design. I was so interested in designing my own chips based on the requirements in a very efficient manner. the faculty-student ratio will be 1:70. all the faculties must have a phd in their subject to teach in our university.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

the college gives much support in getting a dream intern in one of the best companies and it will arrange the facilities required to crack the intern interviews of those intern-providing companies and we will get a good intern.

Placement Experience

student will be eligible for campus placements from their 7th semester. Top MNCs visit the university for placements. the average package will be around 8-10lakhs per annum. Around 75-80% of students get placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees at our university are decent enough but the crowd in the hostel in high. there will be no peaceful atmosphere at any time all over the college. the tuition fee ranges from 2 lakhs to 6 lakhs based on the rank you get.

Campus Life

fests and extracurriculars will be going on at all times. things like flashmobs. techfests, knowledge fests, hackathons,makathons are being conducted every now and then. the classrooms will be quite spacious. and contains a mic and speakers to ensure every student hears what the professor says.

Admission

I have taken VITEEE exam that was conducted by the college itself. we can find the application directly on the college website. and the application fee will be around 5k as I remember and the date and deadlines will be mentioned there itself. there is no reservation. the only way to get into university is to get a decent rank in VITEEE exam to get minimum fees.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
