I liked the college teaching method , they adopt practical and experimental techniquees in teaching , the teaching faculty are very fortune and free to explain and solve doughts for students
Course was very good , i have learnt how to hack and how to use AI.
college encourages good innovated ideas and it has a idea prototype and innovative club in college.

Dislikes

Its has bad infrastructure i.e some times systems does not work properly.
Its has very less placements i.e the companies are not prefering the college.
It has no proper library in the college , many times books were unavailable.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, the course is excellent and the faculty members are very good. I choose computer science because today the entire world is moving towards software technologies like AI, cyber security, etc. There is a 1:8 ratio. Faculty must complete their MTech and adopt practical teaching methods. The semester exams come every 6 months I.e. 2 term exams in a year it's moderate to pass.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 69400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is 69400, and there is some additional fee for each semester 1000. There is a library fee 500 and there is a lab fee of 1000 per year. There is no scholarship provided by the college, there are placements starting from 2 lakhs to 8 lakhs package in the college.

Campus Life

The annual fest is conducted in February Orlando Tech Fest is conducted in August. There is limited availability of books in the library availability is very less sometimes and sometimes there are no required books. Amenities in classrooms are good, there is a blackboard, ppt screen, etc. Sports and extracurricular activities are encouraged more, Many competitions are conducted in sports to encourage students like cricket, volleyball, etc.

Admission

I have taken an entrance exam, The eligibility of course is students must clear all 11th and 12th standard subjects. I found the application form from the official SRM website, https://www.srmist.edu.in. BC, SC, ST, and physically disabled students are given reservations i.e. their cutoff rank is less than the general category. There are some technical errors during the exam that need to be improved.

1. From third year second semester students become eligible for college placements. 2. Companies visited are Cisco, Infosys and Accenture they are combined gave around 121 offers. 3. The highest package is 36 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa and lowest package is 3-5 lpa. 4. The percentage of students got placed are 80%. 5. My plans after getting college degree is to get a high paying job in a reputable company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

I mainly choose this as this is a university and also they have a high percentage of placements for students in the university.
