Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course as off have a huge interest in computer science and artificial intelligence background. The faculty ratio is a bit nice. Very faculty members are highly qualified we have terminals every 6 months

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 448000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In this course, we have to pay a fee every 6 months. We have a huge amount of approach to secure a job. Companies like tcs, Infosys, cognizant and many more tech companies visit our college for the campus.

Campus Life

Many fests like summer fest. And many more tech fest have been organised in our college at regular intervals. We have a centralised library in which more than 3k books are available. As well in our college. any extracurricular activities have also been organised.

Admission

The admission process was good I got admission by taking an entrance exam wbjee computer science and Engineering cutoff at Asansol Engineering College is 15k in the first round and goes up to a maximum 40k in the third round

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
