Course Curriculum Overview

I'm interested in CSE so I have opted for computer science. The faculty members are good as you know it depends on the individual but at last, they were nice and helpful except 2-3. Most faculties have PhD degrees and we'll experienced except some and teaching will be good. Only 1 mid and sem exam per semester and it was easy to pass and you could score well as well if you wrote well.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester students are eligible for placements and students get a different range of packages as per their skills. Almost all will be placed in good companies unless you don't have any knowledge about your study. Different students have different plans such as some opt for placements and some opt for higher studies and some for entrepreneurship, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you got a seat in the government quota then it was nice since you need to pay only 70k else the cost of course is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum. On-campus placements are nice and your placement is taken care of by the placement department and you will give your interviews in the main campus Chennai.

Campus Life

Two annual fests occur on campus one is ALOHA and the other is a cultural fest. Apart from these too many programs take place such as festivals, DJ nights, etc. The library is big and you can find many books and journals apart from education, you can also read many comics or different books as well Classrooms are fully Airconditioned and digital where you will have digital TV used for various reasons. Many clubs are there in campus sports, coding, dancing, movie club, etc. where you can take part and enjoy college life to the best.

Admission

I have taken the EAPCET exam in which I got a 4700 rank in the BCE category and I have applied for CSE at SRM UNIVERSITY since at that time SRM was the top college in Andhra Pradesh. My fee is 70k since it is a government seat generally fees for CSE are 3.5lakh.

1. From third year second semester students become eligible for college placements. 2. Companies visited are Cisco, Infosys and Accenture they are combined gave around 121 offers. 3. The highest package is 36 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa and lowest package is 3-5 lpa. 4. The percentage of students got placed are 80%. 5. Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

I chose SRM AP over VIT or local picks due to its modern tech focus. Some students miss IIT or NIT because of high JEE ranks. SRM AP is a top private choice for CSE. I mainly choose this as this is a university and also they have a high percentage of placements for students in the university.
