Course Curriculum Overview
I chose EEE because I was very interested in the electronics department. I was too enthusiastic about circuits. The faculty-to-student ratio is 9:1. The faculty is very good as they graduated from iits and prestigious universities in foreign their teaching method is very good. The term exams are at perfect timing and exams are moderately to tough
Placement Experience
For 3rd year 2nd-semester students become eligible for campus placements but they should not have any backlogs. many companies like PayPal, dell etc have visited campus. the highest package was 48lakh and the average was around 6lakh. the percentage of students getting placed is about 96 percentage. My plan after my degree is to do a masters in IIT.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees will be fixed at the admission in the first year itself. It will be fixed for the next 4 years. For AP eamcet students the fees will be 70k and for srmjee students it depends on their course. I am still trying for my internship but college will assist me financially.
Campus Life
The annual fest is infinitus and it was conducted in May. Tech Fest was a hackathon conducted in March. The library is also well-equipped with books. There will be different genres of books in the library. the classrooms are really good with digital board and central AC. There are all types of indoor and outdoor sports in college. Sports fest and tournaments will be conducted frequently. srmap discipline committee is a club for students run by students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are really good with good beds and seperate cupboards and study tables for each one.the meal quality is also good and menu also provide different kind of varieties including north and south indian.Registration process for hostel is very simple and he can do in offical student portal by selecting type and paying fees.the hostels are really affordable.I did not rent a pg but I heard that there is availability of pg
Admission
There are many ways to join SRM University. most common ways to join are ap eamcet and srmjee. There will be a limited number of seats through AP eamcet. we can apply through SRM University's official website with minimal fees. For SMS Jee there will be no reservation benefits but AP eamcet there will be reservation benefits. Admission is easy and flexible I think no improvements are needed.
