•I chose this course to improve my overall personality and most importantly to serve in the business field. •All faculties are highly qualified, PhD holders and their teaching skills are really good . • Exams are held after completion of 2 Units , these are divided into Mid Semesters(15 marks )and End Semesters(50 marks).

Internships Opportunities

Companies like B2C situated in Gurgaon offered a stipend of 5000 per month internship to many students. I'm not very much aware abt this, as right now I'm in 1st year of my post graduation.Bt our faculties told us that it's a bit easier than other colleges to get paid internships.

Placement Experience

In 2nd year , after completing Internship and receiving ur degree one is eligible for the campus placements. Last year many companies came to my college n s total of 167 offers were made to a batch of 200 students. Highest package till now is 14LPA. My plan is to get placed as an HR in a reputed company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fee for this course is 240000. Which u have to submit in two installments. 1st - 120000 2nd- 120000 No scholarships are provided right now for MBA course in this college bt in future they might bring some financial assistance scheme for students facing financial issue.

Campus Life

•My college conducts annual fests named Aagaz- A sports event covering all kinds of sports indoor , outdoor both . Different colleges are invited to participate. Technica- A technical fest where different events are conducted like Robowars, Robosoccer. Adhyaay- A cultural fest which is the pride of our fests.Famous artists, musicians ,bands come to our college to enlighten the fest. Coming to Library , it has all kinds of books one will ever need. Classrooms are hygienic and well maintained by the college workers.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels facilities are really good. As we're provided with a Table,chair,almirah,proper lighting in our room. Mess food is also very good which is very rarely seen in hostels. Menu is also decided by us so everyone gets what they want . Registration process is very simple for hostels, as u have to enter ur details,then u have to submit fee,ur room will be alloted then. Hostels are located at a distance of 7km from the college . You'll have to take e Rickshaw to go there, which is totally free.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

Eligibility - should have secured 60% marks in Graduation. You can get the Application form from Website. I attended HBTU entrance exam conducted by the college itself. For this , the closing Rank was from 10466 in Round 2 to 745 in Round 3.

Worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements of our college is good. Most of our seniors got placed in good organizations. Companies lying under fortune 500 also comes in our college for placement. And before internship each student have to go through a live project provided by the college which will help in deciding the specialization.

I Business Institute overview from the point of view of the student.

Placement Experience:

Students when they comes back from their summer internships, starts appearing for the internship interviews. The final interviews takes place months before the completion of the course. Companies like amul, delloit, amazon, meesho, flipkart comes in the campus for hiring. Many students get the PPO from their intership companies and they dont have to sit fot the final placements. the highest package offerd is 28LPA and the lowest rangese between 6 to 8 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed and rest opts for starting their own startups. After completing the cousre i want to place myself in a reputed company in a reputed designation, however through our curriculum i am also looking to start my own startup and work upon it simultaneously my job.

Placements are good in the college as there is a new placement team hired. which is bringing the result. For my senior batch, companies like Amazon and Toyota came for hiring, and also companies from every domain are coming. The average package was around 9 LPA.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More

I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats. Counselling goes for three round.If not get selected, you can try last time in spot round if seats are vacant. Only students with jee mains result will get admission....Read More
