safety related to girls is so good. soo many guards are there

Too much restriction because 1st year students are not allowed to go out side.
Soo much assignments and never ending exams

Course Curriculum Overview

They're good. faculty ratio is approx 5:1 I chose ECSE (electrical and computer science), but it is a new branch and there is no record of placement till now but you can hope it will be good, all faculties have PHD from reputed institutions like iit, nit.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

internship opportunities are available here for 2, 3 and 4-year students. companies around 100-150 come to provide internships. you can try an on-campus internship also. overall it depends on how much potential you have.

Placement Experience

Yeah here you will find, so many companies come here approx. 600-800 so if you have a good skillset then you can easily grab a 10+ lakh offer, but note you have to be prepared and work hard from 1st yr.

Fees and Financial Aid

they increase fees every year and now it's 2lakh for cat1 and 3lakh for cat2, if you are getting a branch here in cat1 or cat2, then it's good. there is no scholarship given here according to my approach.

Campus Life

Here you have no campus life (in terms of enjoyment) honestly. because of so many restrictions there. Yeah books and journals are a lot, classes are goods if you see campus sports then you gonna see good cricket, football, basketball and many other grounds.

Hostel Facilities

the hostel fscility is best. like we 1st yr students live in new hostel d1. meal we get is also fine like 7/10 hostel registration process is online and ofline as well. so many facilities to live outside the campus because you are in chennai

Hostel Fee: INR 188000 per year

Admission

For admission, you have to take the VITEE exam. the exam criteria are min. of 70 per cent in 12th. Application is open for all and no reservations. The improvement I wanna in exams is to be transparent about exam results.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
