I have a classmate from Delhi. Who thinks he is so cool .
Here are so talkative girls which are anooying .
I dont like my warden .He dont allow us to go outside campus .

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very advanced. They teach us in integrated labs where I can study theory as well as play games at the same time. There are research scholars who provide enough entertainment throughout the class so that we don't feel any boredom there.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 365000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internship offers available, more than 50 companies come in 3rd year to take students for the program, where students work as interns for a period of six months and based on that, they can be placed in that company.

Placement Experience

The placement facility of our college is also very decently average. The average package of our college is also very decent. The average package of our college for the EEE branch is 700000 and the dream package is 800000.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship is provided in VIT. The VIT fees are very high it takes 364500 per year from me for 6 6-bed hostel and veg mess. The fees category is divided into 5 different categories. As the no. of the category is increased the no. Of notes we give to them also increase.

Campus Life

Life on campus is good. There are many small snakes and poisonous insects roaming here and there on the campus. There are ambulance drivers who are freelancers they just want to take anyone to the health centre. The books are there in the college library. Sports are played on the campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is average. There should be more number of lifts there in the hostel. The room size for six beds is also congested. The vending machine is also most of the time empty. we should consider it as an average facility.

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

They conducted a viteee entrance exam. The difficulty level of that paper was moderate. After that, they conducted online counseling and stuff. After the counselling result came we paid our fees for the hostel and college. The counseling procedure was conducted in six different phases.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Admission process in VIT is as follows:- 1) write VITEEE exam cause vit doesn't considers jee scores. 2) you must have above 60 percent in boards and above or equal to 60 percent in PCM aggregate. 3)cutoffs, past papers, closing and opening ranks are not revealed si can't say much regarding that. 4) overall admission experience was decent...Read More

Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
