Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in mechanics and its applications from my childhood. That keen interest had driven my mind to pick mechanical engineering over the remaining engineering fields. Term exams are conducted 2 times a year which is usually known as semester. In a semester you need to give your mid-sem and end-sem. The two sem exams will be in May and December. It will not be that tough if your preparation is good enough.
Fees and Financial Aid
You won't find heavy charges here. And even in those charges, you will get a fee refund based upon some categories and stuff. You will get to know this through the college's official website. Stipends will usually be provided for female students every month.
Campus Life
The annual fest is known as Shaswat. Which was like a big boom. Despite the inconvenience of not having our own campus every student worked their level best to bring the most joy out of the fest. Speaking about the library and classrooms it is almost in the same comfort zone that you get in IIT & NIT. But you will not find a huge amount of books in the library. We can only access around 10,000 books and e-books but once the campus is constructed then for sure we also will have a huge store like shown in the films. Sports are a great field in the college. Our cricket team was selected to the finals in All India University level competitions but luck didn't favour us. We have a sports meet every year which is a great opportunity to showcase your skills in any sport. We have a student Gymkhana too which is usually known as the Student body council. You can approach them with queries and they are ready to solve it. We have clubs and committees too like arts& tech.
Admission
Yeah, eligibility is an important criterion for joining any central government-supported institute. To join our college you must have cleared your JEE-ADV and should be in a proper rank range to be sitting in the college. You can find all the details of the application form and dates on the college's official website. Reservation is available and the rules are the same as that of JEE. The admission process would become much easier if it was available in JOSSA. But you won't find the college in JOSSA. You must apply through the college website.
