I liked many things in this college like infrastructure and course taking
I also liked the facilities all are PhD holders and they are cooperative
The campus life is good, enjoyable and very good

Dislikes

I disliked the things are according to attendance or cgpa tha slot booking will allot
I also dislike that for outing also they not allow without parent in first year
I also dislike that they are two mid sems and one final sem

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it was my passion and I was getting it in the rank that I got. Artificial Intelligence and machine learning is a good course.In this college the all faculties are PhD holders and very good curriculum.

Placement Experience

In VIT Chennai for super dream offer the cgpa will include of all semesters.Nearly more than 150 companies are visited and many offers made.Highest package is 52lakh per annum and average package is 10lakh per annum.Nearly more tha 96% students are placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

In VIT University the college fees depends on category which you get in counselling.I got 2nd category that means my college fee is 3lakh per annum without hostel fee and hostel fee is 2lakh.For state toppers scholarship is provided according to their rank

Campus Life

In this VIT Chennai the infrastructure is about around 195 acres.There are two main fests in whole academic year.They are Techno VIT and Vibrance.In Chennai branch there are 160 clubs and very good library service.You can participate all other extra curricular activities like sports

Hostel Facilities

In the room provided they give a cupboard, Study table, chair and bed.The food quality in mess will be very good.After paying the fee for hostel they will allot a room.I not took a room outside.Because the facilities are very good in hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

You need 60% in class 12 then you have to write VITEEE exam and you will get a rank and you will get admission according to the rank you get.You should get 60% in all the subjects.By your viteee rank you get your program by counseling

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
