Course Curriculum Overview

Cource curriculum includes maths calculus physics electrical engeeniring soft skills ennglish phyton for the first semester and it changes every semester there are many faculty members and all of them are highly educated

Campus placements are pretty good in vit chennai, it provides an average pacage of 10 lakh per anum and students of vit chennai and vit vellore sits together for placements reputation of vit chennai is good so companies visits here

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure varies on your rank if you are between 1000 to 2000 rank you will join in category one and in category there is a fee of 150000 only and there are five such categories maximimum fees is 500000 per anum

Campus Life

Vit chennai has various sports facilities including cricket, basketball, football, badminton, table tennis, squash etc there are so many facilities and sport championshils also happens in vit chennai and it's nice atmosphere

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rules are very strict in vit chennai and no one can eat food inside there hostel rooms , no can can bring electronics in vit chennai. Do sometimes it's annoying but wardens and guards are very sweet

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

You have to find application form vit main website and give the exam so after that you there are 120 questions in the exam and you have to answer them then after that there is a councelling session attend it and the result will come after 15 days

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
