Course Curriculum Overview
VIT follows quite the orthodox style of teaching and in some cases its and boon and in some a bane.Faculty are highly qualified and some are really good and makes your experience a really good one. I chose to study Electrical and Computer engineering, as i had a little interest in electrical and also mainly due to my dream of studying the Computer. There are 3 main exams,namely the CAT1, CAT2, and the FAT. if you study regularly its quite easy to pass the tests

the cost maybe a bit high for some but there are multiple scholarships to back you.The fees is divided into five categories based on your performance in the VITEEE examination.the Category1 being the lowest at 1.7lakhs and then gradually increasing.

Admission
The admission process was pretty simple to be fair!We had to sit for an entrance exam called the VITEEE and admission was based on how we performed in the following. So, there are 4 main campuses in the VIT Franchise. The main being the one in Vellore, one in Chennai, One in Bhopal and One in Amravati, Andhra Pradesh. Based on your rank in the VITEEE, you are placed in following campuses based on the ranking of college mentioned above in the respective order. Students scoring above 60% are allowed to be admitted into the college.
