My college just like others has a bad taste in mess food. The food here is sometimes okaish but it hardly feels right. You can't think of taste while you are inside the mess. Its best to go out and have your food. Talking about my management, its one with the most simplified duties and work. You can get your work done very fast. I like my college as a whole.

IIT Mains-135 Bitsat-285 Vit rank-39000 I took many exams for many colleges across the country. The motive behind this was to assess myself as to how much better i am than others of my batch. After analysing all my results, first of all i concluded that i will be heading forward for engineering and then i saw my only option as VIT as a well reputed and with high ranking at that point of time.

Our course highly focuses on the present aspect of the mankind. It gives its students all the high note of what's happening in the world and around so that we are always educated and never left behind. The main focus of the curriculum consists of the FFCS(Fully flexible credit system). Basically it tells about whats the correct way of finishing a course with its entire knowledge along with some extras. This is mainly followed in foreign universities but now it's started in our country too.

Our college not exactly provides internship in a direct manner but in a way helps us to get into an internship through their contacts. Also our college provide a 2 credit course for the ones who have done internship from somewhere, which is graded too.

Placement of our university is among the best in the entire country. This too is divided into several branches of SUPERDREAM and DREAM offers, but these are achievable only by those with wide range of knowledge about the subject. Otherwise there are also some high end core companies for every branch who visit our college and also the mass recruiters too.

There are a lot of events that our college holds. Starting from the individual events that each club and chapter conducts according to their benifits and ideas. People all over the country are invited in these events who are really interested in their respective background. Apart from these vit conducts it's own fests. One technical known as GRAVITAS and the other is the cultural one called RIVERA. Gravitas conducts only the technical part of all the club's and chapters simultaneously whilel Rivera brings out the fun by inviting popular artists from all over the country.

The fee structure of my college is divided into categories. There are 4 categories which are further divided by the ranks of students. The admission procedure is done by choosing the first category initially and then it goes on. Every category has its own fees structure. It increases along with the catagory. But the fees is same for every branch in the same catagory. The scholarship is provided to students with initial catagories 1 and 2. This makes the student enthusiastic to score more marks. The fee structure though is same for a particular student in all the 4 years.

There are scholarships for students securing good marks in the vit entrance exam. Though there are different categories of scholarships and it varies year after year but students with bright brains always have a chance to score well and earn these.

Talking about campus life,it has more of an energetic enthusiasm every single evening. Among the 120 clubs and chapters that we have, every day one or the other does something innovative to grab the attention of the students.And as per the gender ratio it is as ir should be for an engineering college (3:1 app). Our college is filled with extra curricular from sports to debates to various types of competitions. As i mentioned about the chapters and clubs, all of the events are conducted by them. Not only this we have a technical as well as a cultural fest conducted by the students itself. Overall it gives a good taste of the cultural diversity of the country.

Hostel facilities include single,2,3,4 and 6 bedded which include both ac and non ac rooms depending on the marks a student acquires in the academic year. The hostels are well equipped with fire sensors, wide range of washrooms, a no. of sweepers to keep it clean and above all wardens who take care of us day in day out. One of the most important features of our hostel is the biometric attendance which has to be provided by each and every hosteller on every single day. Now comes the worse part about vit , Mess but actually it isn't that bad cause the hygeine is will maintained, cleanliness is on its top, quality too is okaish but the taste of the food is what makes it the worst.

Till now i have met no such person who could help me with my problems regarding my future prospects. But we have a club called an E-cell who invites entrepreneurs all over the country to make us get motivated about our own goals. Apart from this we have TEDx which is a renowned platform all over the world. These are pretty helpful overall

Our exam structure is divided into 3 sections in every semester namely CAT 1, CAT 2 and FAT. Cat1 is a normal 50 marker whereas cat2 is also a 50 marker but is an open book test.Fat is the final 100 marker which contains the whole syllabus. Apart from these we have lab exams for selected subjects that have labs included in their curriculum.

I took admission by initially enrolling a the admission form. Then i was called when the exam took place. I gave the exam and was selected. I was then called for my admission procedure to vit. The procedure conducted of several categories starting from the first till fourth. I went for the first category civil branch and opted it. After getting admitted i went for the hostel form and took 6 bedded ac room. After all the payment they called me directly on the day when the college was suppose to start.

Faculties of my college are highly qualified, and in some particular branches you will find most of the professors an IITian or from some reputed college from the country and abroad. Also there are some who take keen interest to teach students about the concepts of their subject very clearly and are always enthusiastic regarding everything they teach. Our professor not only related to the advising curriculum but are also indulged in some kind of research or otherwise.
