Teacher are very highly educated in campus
Food is very tasty and we also get sweet dish in mess
Campus have good placement record of 100 percent

Dislikes

Campus can be made bit more bigger in size
They should add more greenery in the campus
If they give snacks on daily bases then it will be very good

Course Curriculum Overview

This CSE course have very bright future according to many reports . It's growing at very fast pace because of these reasons I have chosen this . Faculty to student ratio is 1:20 in the campus . Although faculty is fully experience and we'll educational in there specific sectors . And exam happens 4 times in single semester and single sem is of 6 months almost .

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike like thing happen in the college fees sector . But a small hike of 500 rs hie in hostel fee happens every year due to increase in cost . Talking about stipend and other job things so right now I am studying in first year so I didn't get any stipends and job offers from college

Campus Life

Tech fest is called as AI/ML learning . And other annual function is called gratis party , There is a huge library named tagore which is 2 floor big which have many books . Classroom are big and have comfortable chairs. Every Sports equipment are available. And there is a group IEEE is which is managed by students of college

Hostel Facilities

I live is boys hostel of college called Aryabhatta hostel which is 5 floor big building . In hostel attached washroom are available and for cooking there is microwave also persent , rooms have bed , AC and study table . Food in mess is brilliant in taste we get food 4 times in a single day . Any one can register for hostel and mess combine during admission process

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

Chitkara University have some selection parameters for BE CSE admission , as we have to give competitive exams like CUCET and JEE Mains . Admission form of University is available online on chitkara University official site , but there is not any kind of reservation available in college . And if they make a per teacher meet with student then it will be beneficial for us .

Chandigarh-based companies or the startups, and training institutes come here. Companies like Meander Software, Bebo Technologies, Novem Control, BookingKoala - Sales Hungary, etc. companies come. Average package is 3.8 LPA, and 50% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is working in an IT company.

yes they povide placements. After 6th sem, means in 7th sem you are eligible for placement and apply for companies based on their requirements. Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon and many more visits every year. Highest is the PPO of 93 lakhs and placement of 60 lakhs. around 93% are placed who registers for placements Average CTC is around in between 18 to 22 lakhs

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

Environment of my college

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.

I applied for BML Munjal University before Chitkara university, Baddi. I got a confirmed admission from many colleges like BML munjal university, GNA university, Chandigarh university, etc. I chose this college over other because it was not too costly and crowd is less compared to other private universities.
