My Review

It is interested to know more about plants and their cultivation.And also Horticulture can help our country to develop.The faculty is good .They have good qualification as many had completed their phD they have great knowledge in their subjects.During teaching they use various aids i.e ppts , videos,etc.And also take us to the fields during pratical session.They also give us plots to cultivate crops We have semester system i. e 8 sems . Each sem has quiz exam,mid exam , pratical and final sem exam.During the last 2 sems i.e final year there is no exam and classes but we have RAWEP and ELP . There is no that much difficulty to pass exams

At present we get scholarship from AP government under JVD i.e jagananna Vidya deevena only for eligible students. And stipend during final year . I don't regarding fees hike policy.For government seat the fees is low when compared to payment seat.

No fests are conducted in our campus but some important days are celebrated . We have University Library where all books regarding horticulture and competative exams(NCERTs and reference books) are available.Daily newspaper, monthly magazines regarding agriculture, science and technology,etc are also available.Sportsmeet happens everyyear .It encourages the students to participate in different individual and group games.And also encourages singers,dancers , artists,etc in our college.During sportsmeet Essay writing, elocution,etc also occurs .And prizes to the winners are distributed in the last day .We have our college magazine and an group called Sahrudaya which help the needy and give financial assistance to emergency situations.

After completing 12th class i.e intermediate in BiPC stream , students of AP write a common entrance test EAMCET(now EAPCET) for getting admission to various degrees i.e Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Technology and Fisheries. After getting results we can go for web options counseling where students get their admission in colleges either government or private according to their rank and choice.Some seats are reserved for women , SC,ST, EWS ,etc. The details regarding EAPCET can be found in the official website.The cut off marks and ranks vary year by year.
