Course Curriculum Overview

I had my interest in building circuits and robots as a kid, and I wanted to know how electronic goods are made, thus I chose this course It is quite adequate, for every subject there are more than 2 teachers Most of the faculties are PhD holders and the teaching methods are very creative and knowledge-gathering The mid terms were on time and the papers were easy

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am a first year student so I don't know much. But as far as I've heard from seniors it is pretty good. Companies like zoom, oracle, bigbasket all come to campus and if you're talented you can crack it

Fees and Financial Aid

The course curriculum is 3L per year and if you want to opt hostel, there's an additional of 1.3L There are plenty of internships and on campus placements available from good companies with good packages

Campus Life

Our annual fest name is Manthan and it is a techno-cultural fest. It is conducted in December All books and journals along with reference books with newspapers are available in library 3 person bench along with projector with blackboard There are several sports options along with several clubs for students to take part in There are several technical and non-technical prestigious clubs such as gdsc, oscode and rotaract

Hostel Facilities

The rooms are hygienic and we get enough space Meal quality is awesome, unlike most colleges' hostels Hostel registration is during admission only, and the cost is same for all, no matter which room you choose I stay in hostel, there is no need to go outside for PG

Hostel Fee: INR 130000 per year

Admission

Any student taking the COMEDK was permitted to take the seat if the rank was under 27k Every detail is available on the COMEDK website properly along with last years' cutoffs Only reservation benifits are for Karnataka people, under the HKR quota No the admission process was very smooth

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

An amazing college experience that shaped my future

I applied to several college including R V college of engineering N.I.E college of engineering and Dayanand sagar college of engineering.I received confirmed admission offers from Dayanand college of engineering in the first KCET round but I chose my college that is BIT because of its excellent academic environment and placements opportunity.I applied to this college had a more student freindly atmosphere better industry connection more extra curiculum activities and no ragging in the campus.I did't get RV college because cutoff for my desereved branch was quite high and entrance exam score is below their requirements.The admission process for my college was quit straigth forward.Admission process based on KCET or COMED-k.The process was transparent and well managed.After document verification and fee payment I recevied my official admission order.Overall experience is smooth and hassle free....Read More
