The infrastructure was really very good and the greenary everwhere just attracts the students and converts study environment around us
Food is really good .for good health and hygiene

Every department’s professor are not highly qualified
No proper restrictions to the students and they are roaming every where
The culture effects the students a lot but it’s up to the student to not to addict to bad things

Course Curriculum Overview

I am very interested to work with machines and I want to design own vehicle .the faculty of our institute is very good and well educated and knowledgeable person.there would be 2 semester per every year and mode of exam is very tough and need lot of practice to pass the exam

Class Size: 143Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

We should maintain a good CV to shortlist for the companies with proper format according to institute and the company visiting our college are Microsoft Bajaj Tata exxon mobile ITC reliance Qualcomm saplabs.individual communications skills is must needed it depend on their performs

Placement Experience

From 7th semester we are eligible for campus placements most of the students placed from our college according to last yr statistics many company visit or college like Microsoft Qualcomm Decimal point Flipkart Disney saplabs etc highest package is 83LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

We have to pay for every semester , they are 8 sems . Fee structure is according to caste.For backward classes we can apply for the scholarship like NSP ,FFE and most of the fee can be refunded by govt under the recommendation of college.

BTech life really osum we learnt experience realize,fails ,success ,overcome a lot of huddles.we will have tech fest,cultural fest,sport fest and they are innumerable club in which we can built our confidence expose our ideas .

Hostel Facilities

Hostel life every have sweet and bad memories in our hostel life .well accommodated rooms with neat and clean coming to food it's very yummy I could say . I really love the food and the service they provide and their is separate veg and non veg section

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

To get into NIT or IIT institutes we have to complete intermediate course in MPC group and apply for JEE mains exams and score good percentaile. We can find this in google their will be a official website it would of 2 phases scoring good percentage leads to attend advance exams to get seat in prestigious institute like IIT .We also have reservation benefits their will be less cutoff of backward classes

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

NIT ROURKELA THE ACTUAL REVIEW

I had a choice for chemical engineering in NIT Calicut,kerala my home state but i was not interested in chemistry so I dropped that choice and preferred electrical engineering in NIT Rourkela because choosing this would be more related to core and computer field which also was the one I was interested in.
