College management can be a touch better as per doing rhe task of the students. I have found them to be quite lazy in doing tasks and they can do better .

Jee mains 180 marks One of the best in north India and has a high reputation I choose mechanical engineering because of my interest in automobiles, engines etc.

The course structure is really good with high focus on research . We were taught all the important softwares like autocad solidworks etc required for designing in todays modern world. The course was upto the required standard nowadays. The teachers were also very supportive.

Yes college does provide internships and student have the option to go for on campus or off campus interns. General stipend is upto 8k and my overall experience was very good as i learnt a lot from my time at drdo chandigarh .

Placement is good as upto 60 out of 80 of my branch mates were placed in 2018 batch. Companies such as infosys, tata motors, maruti , ford , google , ola , uber , microsoft , hyundai , iocl etc cane for recruitment . Offered packages between 20 k to 50 k a month companies related to mechanical like tata, maruti etc.

Pecfest which is the biggest cultural and technical fest of north india is hosted by our college . It goes upto 3 days and students from many colleges come to take part in them and have fun and also learn technical abilities. They are very big and huge participation are there akways.

Fee structure is very feasible with total fee of 1 year is 1.2 lakh per year . First semester you have to give 40000 educational fees and then in second semester we have to give 40000 educational and 40000 hostel fees . Total being 1.2 lakh for one year.

The scholarships are there for sc st obc candidates . These are also available for those who are physically challanged candidates . There is no loan facility as per i know of but there are surely scholarships or fee decrease for sc, st , obc candidates .

Campus life is good as campus posses a good wifi facility and also these are present in hostels. Good computer centre and good infrastructure of library . Gender ratio is also good as total girls are somewhat same as boys. No ragging as it is strictly prohibited and severe action is taken against the ragster.

Hostel facilities are par with good room and bathroom facilities . They can be better as seeing the total cost we have to give ie 40000 for 6 months . The mess food is also quite par with reasonable food quality and mess workers . But the bathrooms are poor and can be made a touch better. Hostels rooms are as per required for every year students. I would give 5/10 for mess food and other hostel facilities.

Yes alumni and senior students are bery helpful as many seniors helped me during my stay at college with my studies and also in my clubs like sae, dramatics etc. they are very helpful and also helped me in finding internship off campus which was very good.

Exam schedule was a all chilled one with we had sufficient time to prepare for our exams as we had holiday in between them . Teachers were also really helpful in exam days and cleared our doubts easily. Labs were well planned and constructed and were very soacious.

Apply through chandigarh administration application for pec university of technology . The administration was very cooperative and loyal and helped me a lot. It was a online form and i had to write all the details like marks, personal information etc . I got mechanical engineering in spot round and had a rank of 14181 in jee mains.

The faculty are very aptly qualified with all possessing the required teaching degrees. They all are very supportive and helpful . They helped me a lot. To understand my course and also to get my research work done as per the required standards and in required time period.
