NSUT Delhi college review

I get this course best according to my JEE rank. Faculty : Student ratio is above average i.e., 1 : 30. In every college in India, there are some good and some average faculties similar for NSUT. We have some faculties good while other average, some are chill and some are strict. Of 5 faculty teaching our batch, 2 are PhD holders. All exams are timely held. If you study 3 days before Mid semester exams and 1 week before End semester exams, then you can easily score a very good score, i.e., 9+ cgpa

Internship opportunities are good at our college. Around 10% of students get internship on campus. There are some good companies that visit for internship like Sprinklr. As very less students get on campus internship, you have to work upon your portfolio and get a very good cgpa to get internship.

Students can appear for campus placement after completing 6th semester. There are various companies and almost every good companies visit in the campus like Microsoft, Meta, Google, Amazon, Apple, Texas instruments, Qualcomm, L&T, BHEL, Indian oil, and many more, so placement here are good. Exact details you can check on its website although nsut do not disclose its placement Stats. Previous year, highest package was around 2.02 cpa, average package was 18 lpa and median package was 15 lpa for BTech. As college do not give stats, you can't figure out placement percentage but you can say more than 80% are placed. I plan to prepare for govt job after completing degree.

Fee structure of college is Rs. 229000/ year with a 10% increase every year. It is quite high for a govt college You can get scholarship if you are a OBC, SC, ST candidate very easily. For gen, it is quite tough to get a scholarship. But you can avail education loan.

The annual fest of the college is Moksha. From previous 3 years the fests are all suspended so don't have idea about dates and all. There are a good number of books available in the library, you can easily get mostly books. First year classes are held in APJ lecture hall complex and believe me it is one of the best lecture hall for an engineering college with smart board, speakers, very comfortable elevated seats and all necessary facilities. There is a gym and sports complex in the campus. Gym is quite good and sports complex is average. There are 2 volleyball court, 2 basketball court, 1 football ground and cricket ground. There are various societies and clubs you can join according to your interest. DebSoc for debate, Enactus for entrepreneurship and social welfare are one of the best there.

You get basic necessities in the room like a bed, a chair and table, a safe Almirah, a drawer with lock, a fan, a tubelight. Meal quality is average or good depending on you, you can change the menu when mess incharge is decided through him, mess incharge is a also a student. You can apply for hostel through nsut official website and get document verified when selected for accommodation. I haven't rented a pg outside so I don't have any idea but you can get pg at similar rates outside easily in the locality.

You can also apply after round 3, application window opens for 2 days like From July 12, 2023 to July 13, 2023 Application form fees : 1500 + convenience fee There are reservations as per category like Ews, Obc, SC, ST, for girls and for minority and kashmiri migrant and army personnel children.
