A look into IIT BHU

Eligibility is that you should have cleared JEE ADVANCED and must have more than 75% in 12th class. You can easily find the eligibility form in nta site. There are specifically seats reserved based on caste. There are way too many applicants and seats are very less it causes waste of talent.

Currently I am in metallurgical department and maybe in some days I may become a student of electrical engineering because I got 9.32 cpi and spi. I choose metallurgy because I don't have many other options I wanted a good IIT with somewhat good branch so I choose it. Sorry, I do not have any idea about student faculty ratio but I know it doesn't matter if you want to learn somethings you can ask anyone your friend they can explain you very easily I did that and got that brilliant cpi even one of my friend got 10cpi and he also just solve his doubt amongst his friends other than that I never heard of anyone going to the department to ask the doubts from the teachers but you can go they will always try to solve your doubts. I think most of our teachers have phd in that specific field but I don't like the teaching methods of many teachers but some teachers have brilliant teaching method. There will be end sem exams and also mid term exams most probably after 2 months you joined.

I clearly have no idea about it when I ask about it to senior they tell me you have just entered into the college take it slow and about it from 2nd semester so..... sorry.But I will get to know about it in few days so you can fell free to contact me after that.

Campus placement is top notch it is one of the major reason why I choosed IIT BHU. All the big companies visit here there are so many I cannot name all of them. This year 80 companies visited on day one and made 547 offers with highest being 1.68 cpa for more info you can also check the instagram page of mediaclub.iitbhu . I am not sure for myself but I may prepare for government jobs cause the environment is best to Crack government jobs or any software based job I can also go there.

It costs about 10-12 lacks institute fee for an average students but you can get fee remission of 66% if you parents is less than 5 lack annually and 100 % fee remission in tuition fee in both cases if your parents income is less than 1 lackh annually. There are many scholarships but currently I can't name them you can easily get the scholarship if you ask your seniors for help.

There are many fests and I don't want to spoil the fun you will get proper intro about them on day 1 that you will never forget but have kashiyatra, technex, spardha, aagman and many more. Kashiyatra is annual fest and it happens in January. You will all of the books in the library that you need for the course so don't worry about that. The sports and extracurricular is top notch in our campus , you gonna love it.

You will get in built 2 almirahs, 2 chairs and 2 tables and three beds room is good like a 4 star hotel . You will also get unlimited wifi access first floor internet quality is poor but 2nd and 3rd floor internet quality is superb also most of the sims internet will also not work properly, no internet connection in toilet. Ground floor internet quality is okay okay type. Meal quality is good for hygiene and nutrition but not for taste I recommend to bring your achar with you (and share with me) there is long list for menu don't worry about that we have satwik, non-veg, south Indian all kinds of mess.
