Course Curriculum Overview

I took it because it's the future trend which is AI faculty are good enough infact we can choose our own faculty within the options..simply they are good enough...(faculty:student)...all are having a medal of doctorate..and they are good to achieve 4.5 rating They will present ppts for Better understanding 2 cats will be conducted and 1 fat(sem)...papers will be easy if you study...and we can...pass if you are worthy enough

Maybe in late of 3 year Microsoft Google tcs infotech etc plenty enough offers available highest package 1.2 cr per annum Over 90%.. going for job or going to aboard for ms Companies offer great opportunities based on your cgpa

Fees and Financial Aid

For 4 years appx 20 lac...somewhat expensive I took education loan....based on my rank in entrance exam...few hike is almost 30k increase in year for juniors but once it's fixed...untill last it's the final amount...I mean the same amount what you conseded will be for 4 years (if you are btech)

Campus Life

Technovit, Vibrance..... all kind of books are available in Library which are knowledgeable Classes are big enough better projectors benches and stuff... they are lots of clubs robotics trekking Microsoft innovations club

Hostel Facilities

It's nice... Different mess options are available like veg non veg and special.. with different caterers Registration based on study they will provide ac and non AC with 6 bed 4 bed 2 bed even 1 bed also available in 3 blocks 2 for boys 1 for girls they are still building as students increase in number

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

At start you have to write entrance exam...you must gain below 3k rank...so that you would gain category 1 fee structure..go to vit website for application Reservation is available infact NRI quota also available..nothing for admission process but the contact numbers need to lift every call

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Admission process in VIT is as follows:- 1) write VITEEE exam cause vit doesn't considers jee scores. 2) you must have above 60 percent in boards and above or equal to 60 percent in PCM aggregate. 3)cutoffs, past papers, closing and opening ranks are not revealed si can't say much regarding that. 4) overall admission experience was decent...Read More

Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
