Talking about the entry requirements, one should have to give VITEEE entrance exam based on which your rank will be decided and after that you have to pay ?6000 to be able to participate in counseling. Ones you paid the counseling fee then the date will be given for the selection of course and VIT branch and also the fee category. If you have the VITEEE rank under 1 lakh, then you can easily get the course in category 1. Yes, if your rank is higher than you would not be able to get CSE core in category 1. But you can get CSE specialisation in category 1. One of the best things here what I feel is that you can choose your faculty on your own also you can choose the timing slots according to your convenience. There's one more plus point in faculty is that VIT Bhopal has 100% doctoral faculty i.e., all had done PhD in their field. One thing I want to specify that faculty all are good, it's just that you may not like the way of their teaching, so it's according to your own.

Placement Rating Yes!!! Of course, there is a Placement Cell in our institute which is the main required thing now days. As there is so much competition now days, placement cell helps a lot to get the jobs to the students.

All VIT Universities follow a fee category system which decided through your VITEEE rank and seleted course during the councelling process. The University offers 5 fee categories. Category: 1.98L, Category 2:2L , Category 3: 2.5L, Category 4:3L and Category 5: 3L while you need to pay an extra advance fee for category 2 to 5. You can apply for education loan for this University.

The campus academic block is at the distance of 1.5 km from the boys’ hostel building. Structure of academic block is also well and good. There are classes made for collaborative teaching in which students sits in groups in the class. But one drawback is that the classes are not air conditioned but yeah other things are nice. Overall campus life is decent as there is too much crowd in the campus. From this year they had increased the student intake but yes if you focus on your own and the academics then you will not face any difficulty later. There are all lots of clubs in the college. Total 45-48 clubs are there including both technical and non-technical. And there is lots of fest in the campus so you can get a memorable college life in VIT Bhopal.

Yes, there is hostel facility in our campus. Hostel here are two types, first one is that which were build 5-6 years ago (normal block) & seconds one which are built recently (premium block). Premium block is 10k more costly than normal one. Infrastructure of the hostel is well good and decent, facilities are brilliant as there is always cleanliness, bathroom are also clean all the time, you can get hot water in bathroom 24x7. There is water cooler at every floor. There is Wi-Fi facility also. So, over all facilities are nice. Hence the hostel Life is also good.

In order to apply at VIT Bhopal University, you need to appear for VITEEE which is an entrance examination conducted by VIT. You atleast a 60% score in your 10+2 board examinations in a Science background to be eligible for admission. You can apply for VITEEE on the official website while the dates to apply are usually announced after CBSE 12th Board examinations. The VITEEE cut-off for the VIT Bhopal branch in CSE Core branch is around 40-50k while you can get CSE specialisation branches at a higher rank (even 200k) while your fee category plays a crucial role deciding your branch during counseling.
