Finally overall the college is good.The best things about college are diversity, Library, Infrastructure etc .It needs to be improved inmess food.

I took SRMJEE and got 5300 rank. In counseling I took Electronics and communication engineering because I have interest in it.

The best thing about srm is we can choose what we want to study. They will give list of subjects to the students and we have to select from those list what are the subjects we want to study. And even we can select the faculty also. In every semester there will be open electives also which we can study based on our interest.

Yes our college provide both internship and job opportunities. Companies like Cisco ,Wipro,TCS,vestas etc., Provides internships to the students .The average salary package is 30000 per month. And these internships can even be converted into permanent jobs

Around 450 companies were came to the college last year. Companies like Cisco, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, cognizant etc offered jobs to the students. Around 2000 students got the job offers. And the average package is 6 lacs per annum . Companies like Cisco offered 9 lacs for internship.

There are so many tests celebrated in our college. The two major fests are AARUUSH and MILAN . AARUUSH is a National level techno management fest. And MILAN is a cultural fest. AARUUSH offers various workshops, technical expos and certificates for them. Students from various colleges also are attending these events.

The fee structure compared to other colleges is very expensive. The fee for BTech course is 250000 per annum. Some branches like Aerospace the feast actually is even higher than 3 lacs per annum.And the hostel fees is 1 lakh per annum. If you opt for AC hostel it will be even more.

Our college offers both merit scholarship and for socially backward scholarships. To renewal scholarship you need to maintain certain CGPA mentioned by the college. Various banks like City Union Bank etc offers student loans .

Campus life is great.The gender ratio is around 60:40. There a lot of clubs in our college like music club, dance club, electronics club,robotics club . We can join any of them based on our interest . Diversity in our college is great , students from various regions and religions are there in our college.

The hostel life is good there will be 3 persons for single room. Both Non AC and AC rooms are available. In Non Ac common bathrooms are there while in AC rooms attached bathrooms will be there. Coming to mess food there are two types South Indian and North Indian . The mess food is not that good but okay.

The seniors in our college are always helpful.I interacted with many seniors in clubs .They will guide you through what is right and what is wrong in our college. There is a association called SRM alumni association. This association helps the alumni to interact with students.

The exam and Labs were very frequent. There will be 3 internal examinations for every semester and one external examination. The way Tej for internal examinations is also very high compared to other colleges. The weightage is for internal examination is 50% and national examination 50%. So every exam is important for scoring good marks.

The notification released in Jan 2014 and I got the application form from the bank. Filled the form and posted it to college along with the DD of 1000/- After that I got my hall ticket through post .After writing exam I received a call letter for attending the counseling.Then I got my seat.

The faculties are well qualified everyone has PhD degree. But only few you are good at teaching. But in SRM we have a chance to select v the teachers. So while choosing them we need to be careful. Get guidance from the seniors and choose the faculty.
