- There are lots of lessons to be learned. So it is bit difficult to complete on time.
- The main drawback is that there is no job assurance after the completion of the courses.
- It would be very useful if there would be quick responses for all the queries.
Course Curriculum Overview
As English is my favourite subject, I have no demerits to say about the course. The course, BA English had to deal with Language, Literature, Phonetics, Grammar and additional non-major subjects and Tamil language as one of the subjects. I had only year-end examinations in December. The examinations were very easy. Moreover, the faculty members are also good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure was INR 3825 per year before 4 years. Now it has raised to INR 6250 per year. The institute does not provide any scholarships. They also do not provide any placement opportunities. According to me, there are not many issues with the increased fee structure, as this is less compared to any other institute.
Campus Life
As I was a DDCE student, I did not have any regular touch with the University. So I have no idea about the fests conducted in the university. We can afford books from the university library directly or else it could be downloaded from the website itself.
Admission
To say about the admission process, took less time. As I could not continue in the college in my locality due to some personal issues, I had to proceed with my admission through the study centres. I got admission to the University through Yuvaraaj Academy, Tirunelveli Junction. It took nearly 15 days to complete the procedures. There was no need for the entrance exam conducted as I am a re-admission student. They just asked for my Migration Certificate, Transfer Certificate, and X and XII marksheet from the college I had discontinued. I had to pay INR 4800 for the admission. Thus, got the admission confirmed after 15 to 20 days.
