Likes

Good infrastructure and greenry all over campus
Good hostel spelling first 4 H1 H2 h3 and h4
Good for couples not for singles couples smooch and do lot of thing publicly there is no restriction

Dislikes

Professor, authority ,ego of each and every staff
They will fail you in your subject as they get money if you fail 5000 for makeup and then again 5000 for back
They will charge1/3rd of your admission fees if you caught in ufm

It were very hard to pass for me as I belong to bio field and in 1st year they teach us common syllabus so it was surely hard for me. They should provide some grace marks to bio student as they are not able to takle maths as well electrical subjects

Placement Experience

Google YouTube Microsoft these are some core companies in it sector in mech Mahindra leads the board in civil ultratech and in biotech consulting companies Hire highest package of 58 lpa and in overall placement is 80% but I am from biotech and recently k20 batch there were 33 student in which 3 placed 30 only took degree and I will go for govt examination after degree no placement scope here those three were hired in it companies as they developed there skill in programming

Fees and Financial Aid

I got nothing from the college.... college looted us as much they can it is private college and they loot money from innocent people they should provide some relaxation in fees because it is very hard to pay the semester fee after getting backs in some subject

Campus Life

Bit mesra confession on Instagram is one of the famous I'd where student interact with each other and on telegram it is birla institute of technology you can interact students there this college is good for those who have money and those who can spent lakhs to clear backlog not for those who earn less than 60000 per month

Hostel Facilities

We were provided hostel for living and messs for food they charges money for mess and hostel which is also 1 LPA + per year and is too costly for poor students here only those who have money can survive

Hostel Fee: INR 20000 per year

Admission

Student as well as parents should provided by the broucher of college admission process and should tell the demerits of taking admission in college make examination charges ufm charges exam pattern tell the syllabus before admission

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

Overall Experience and all reality of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More
