- The library is good, there are almost every book related to technology and every department.
- The teachers are friendly and asks you for doubt clarification.
- The proctorial system, for every 30 students they provide a mentor to understand their problems and to guide them.
Dislikes
- The sports facilities are too poor, in rainy season the ground turns into pond which makes not to play for months.
- The drainage system was worse, in rainy the south block and the gym are closed due to over flow.
- The senior junior interaction is poor nearly not for 1st year students
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of the present demand and developement of artificial intelligence. the facualty : student ratio is good enough there will be no free periods except a break of 20 min in the acadamic period. Most of the faculty are phd holders and with 10+ years of experience in teaching. the student teacher interaction is soo good the respond to each and every student in the class, clarif doubts and make fun in class . When it comes to exams the mid sem was conducted in the month of october and the sem exam inn the month of january. the questions were easy and they were specially discussed in the class before the exam and marked as important.
Placement Experience
The placement are not good in this campus it use to be good before time when TCS, Wipro, infosis used to come but presently the mass recuters were not comming. The management was trying hard to place the students. At present there are 60/600 were placed. highest package :- 11 LPA Average :- 4 LPA pewcentage of students placed :- it is around 60% Iam planning to work on my idea parallely continue job for 4 years for ground level experience
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure for b-tech cources is :- 125000 MBA :- 190000 MCA : 180000 M-tech : 80000 There is a scholarship counteer in the college which daily push notificatios about latest scolarships, there is a scholarship called madhubruti scolarship which provides 20000 to every student of odisha. there is no hope for internships on campus all students try off-campus.
Campus Life
In the campus library is the best part it is the pin drop scilence zone , there is centerlised ac and wifi fecilities , the are 10000+ books and 1000+e-journals and pevious project records available here there is a seperate navel and story books section available here. not every sports are available here there is no hockey , there is a basket ball court but it is full of repairs. the ground management is not good and for indoor two seperate courts for table tennis and badminton . Every year there is a annual sports meet held in the month of february, and un-official tournments were conducted by the seniors. there is no scope in sports in this college. the tournments which are conducted was to collect money not for any development.
Hostel Facilities
Facilities provided - chair - study table - fans / lights - bed - plate - No Wifi for 1st year students. The meal quality is not good there is no spycy fods and potatos are common the chicken which is provided was not even cooked perfectly there is new currys which you might ever seen before and they taste like shit. the hostel registration was in the time of admission the Fee: - 65000/- must be paid at the time of admission. madhanpur :- there are room available in this area they charge rent differently some on charge 2000 pre month per person and some charge 4000/- for all persons
Admission
The admission process is either you can join through OJEE or jeemains exam mostly they prefer home state students. The application form is in the nta official website. the application fees for ojee is :-1000 mostly they conduct exam in the time of march. I suggest direct admission dont go through the councelling.
