The reality of GITA AUTONOMOUS college

I prefer to choose in CSE(AI/ML) branch in GITA AUTONOMOUS college. I choose this course because AI is growing rapidly day by day and in between 5 to 10 years it will be in an another level. The faculty and student ratio is approximately 1:10. Maximum teachers completed PhD in their field. And they are skillful and supportive. 1year contains 2semester and every semester have 2 exams. First one is midterm and then semester exam. It is a little easy to pass in the exam as it is an autonomous college.

After the 5th semester you are eligible to sit in the placement. TCS, Tech Mahindra, tata and many other tech companies come to this college. 70 percentage of the students get placement. The highest package is 9lpa and average package is 3-3.5 lpa. It is depend on the student how they perform. After the completion of my degree. Iam going to attend the gate exam .

Course fees per year is 125000rs. Hostel fees per year is 65000rs. In total you have to pay 190000rs per yer if you want to stay in hostel. Every type of scholarship are providing in this college. But you can only choose one of the government and one of the private scholarship. You can give the admission fees in two steps if you have money problem. You have to give 120000rs in the starting of the year and the other part of fees you have to pay in the middle of the year.

The campus life is good but a little strict in the starting of the 1st semester. You think that there is no difference between a +2 hostel and this. As the time goes you can't even realise where the strictness is gone. Hostel wardens are very mixing. And you can get along with them without hesitation. There are only 3 clubs. 1.gym 2. Music 3.sports Sport club contain many type of sports equipment. College is only providing an annual function in the month of February. The library is a big one which contains many type of books. There are many unofficial groups. Every section contains a unofficial group in which they talk about the college, subjects and many other things.

In a hostel room you are going to provide with a bed, desk, a locker which is connected to the desk and a hanger by which you can store your dresses. Meals which is providing by the college is pretty below average and mainly in the Friday the meal is the worst. There is no problem you are going to face with the registration for the hostel. And the hostel fees is 65000 per year. If you rented a house in local arey the room cost will bi near 2000 and for the meals the cost will be nearly 3000. With all this you have your personal stuff in which you have to pay some money.

There are 3 ways to join this college. 1.JEE councelling If you have the rank in between approximately 350000 to 1500000 , then you can join in this college without any problem. 2.OJEE councelling 3.You can get management seats if you passed in 12th examination with PCM subject selection . But you have to score more than a specific mark in the PCM subjects. You can apply to get admission in this college by Jossa councelling (jee) website and ojee councelling website. If you want to join by jossa councelling then you have to fill up the form by asked documents and 10000 councelling fees. Admission process is quite easy but there is also an another process in which you just have to contact the college admission department and you have to give 20000 and the college go through every process of the admission by themselves. Anyway admission process is quit easy.
