Course Curriculum Overview

I choosen the course because I don't have an Better options that time. Faculty is good but they are not aware the students facing some issues like hardcopies of books they haven't got books yet like me and next month 1st semester exam we have how can we do study without books they are providing the ebooks bt we can't do it for long time. Exam is MCQ type.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid for the course per sen 20k bt my company is is paying me 15k pe sem so don't have any scholarship.bt they should provide ASAP because some students have financial problems I'll request to provide some scholership.

Campus Life

I'm persuing online degree we don't have any annual fest fees and not doing sport's activities.bt they are providing offline meet-up in college and parties. Some students made communities for study and chitchat.

Admission

I took admission in Amity University in July 2023 next mont i have my 1st semester examination in next month but I haven't got my book yet .Amity is a good University but by the books I'm afraid so I'm suggesting u just careful on the time of admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk.
