Remarks

It is a very well balanced environment which lets the students the students explore their interests and follow what they are passionate about. It provides a good platform for extra curricular activities and an all round development of the students. The college provides a good atmosphere to the students which promotes a lot of extra curricular activities which keep the students happy and energetic and also helps them to study a lot better.

Entrance Preview

Entry to the college for Indian students is done made via the JEE MAINS exam which is held annually in the month of April. Whereas the selection of the course that you'll be pursuing is dependent on your rank in the exam and the cut offs of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In the first semester of Computer Science and Engineering we have a variety of subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Commmunications, C Programming and Introduction To Computer Science. LAbs are held for all the subjects except Intro To Computer Science once a week for the practical application of what is being taught during the lectures.

Internships Opportunities

Yes the college has companies that come to the campus itself to offer internships to the students but the students are free to do their internships from wherever they like whether in India or abroad.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements in the college are very good. Almost all of the students in the CSE department got placed last year with people also getting PPO's in their internships. Companies that visit the campus are Amazon, Sandisk, TCS, Wipro, JP Morgan etc.

College Events

5

We have many events in the college. Many college clubs regularly organize their respective events to showcase their hard work and talent. These are mainly attended by the college students only. One major event that the college hosts is called PECFEST which is a Technical-Cultural fest held in the month of October. Students from all across the nation visit the campus to enjoy and participate in the various events. It is a three day fest with a footfall of about nearly 50,000.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was quite affordable given that it is a government college and a very well know one too , the fees seem genuine for what the College has to offer. The fees for first year students is Rs. 74,250(for one semester) which is only tuition fees which includes a 5k one time payment.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the college helps the students with a low annual family income by reducing their fees to a nominal amount.

Campus Life

3.5

A lot of activities attract the students and keep them busy like Dramatics, Dancing, Debating, Quizzing, Photography, Athletics, Soccer, Table Tennis, Badminton, Swimming etc. and the list goes on. Mostly these clubs and societies are lead by Seniors themselves who teach and train the young students.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are just like what you'd find in any government college. In the first year students are given sharing rooms for two people. We have common bathrooms which have been newly constructed. The payment for the rooms is Rs.62,500 for one year. The food served is good giving a balanced diet to the students.

Exam Structure

The labs are very well implemented in the time table along with our lectures with each day not having more than one lab of a subject. It helps us to implement what we've learnt in the class rooms and to change the mood. The exams too are conducted in a manner which check the students knowledge without them feeling too burdened by the same.

Faculty

3.5

The teaching faculty is really good. We have teachers who have years of experience in their fields along with young teachers as well which helps in balancing the student teacher relationship as it helps create an easy and friendly learning experience for the students.
