Dislikes
- As this is a private institute too much of the crowd is the major con here.
- As this is a new college therefore infrastructure is incomplete and there is almost no trees in our campus compared to other colleges.
- As there is too much crowd the overall competition also increases for placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
My reason for choosing this course is my interest in software engineering field , in my college their is a decent faculty:student ratio which is arount 1:30 , there is 100percent doctorate faculty members . Exams were held regularly twice every semester. not so difficult to pass even you start studying one week before.
Internships Opportunities
Paid internships are provided in our college many big MNC's also come , but only few students get eligible for it , stipend for a cs student can go from 20K to 2L . Our college also provide training via project exhibitition or conducting and informing hackathons.
Placement Experience
Our college provides placements for all his students with over 90%+ success rate, more than 800 companies visit our college with highest offer of more than 50L and average of 6.25L . Students are permissible to apply or get ready for placements after 3rd year.
Fees and Financial Aid
VIT fees structure is quite complicated as it is divided into different categories , tution fees starting from 200000 to 500000 per year and hostel fees goes from 120000 to 250000 per year . you can get scholorships only on the basis of viteee exam.
Campus Life
Our college has one sports fest (aarambh) and one cultural fest (advitya) from december to feburary every year. library has limited books but holds capacity over 300 students , different cultural and storts clubs are here.
Hostel Facilities
New hostels are well furnished and have a good environment , many students prefer living in a pg or a rented flat outside the college campus for more freedom and to save some money . If you wanna live as a day scholar you primarily have 2 options you can stay nearby to the campus in kothri or in ashta which is around 17km from the campus but has more facilities.
Admission
To get eligible to get this degree in this college you should clear 12 board examinations and give viteee exam only on this basis your rank will be dicided. you will find all details of this exam on their portal. Since this is a private university therefore no reservation benefits are there.
