Lucky to be in this college

Nothing bad about the college . Once there was ragging but know it vanished and the college covers an area of 250 acres and in beautiful weather.

I wrote jee mains and I got 121 marks in jee mains and I thought I won't get any one of the top nits but because of my board marks 985 these marks increased my percentile and at last I got this civil branch in VNIT , and there is no interview for of college and jee mains is only way to get into our college .

Our curriculum was more enough for civil branch because it merely concentrates on practicals and coming to civil branch we need more practical learning and this suits well for us , during our course we are taken to industrial visits where our subject oriented work is going on and we are taught in this way and this visits will be very frequently and the subject curriculum will be good.

Yes our college provides Internship . But it is a short one and it is included in curriculum to every student and companies are ready to provide the internships .the stipend depends on the internship and company.

The placement opportunities is good for our college. The companies visited our college are Amazon, Deloitte, oracle , epic , Qualcom , Microsoft , BPCL etc...these companies would visit our college every year and they would take almost 92-96% of students to their companies and our college has high package of 24 Laks per annum and we had the average salary package of 5-7 Laks per annum.

We celebrated many events and fests and fests like cultural fest , technical fest , management fest and sports fest ect. ..the famous technical fest fest we celebrated is AXIS and it is celebrated grandly and everyone one participated in it and the grand cultural fest we celebrate is aarohi this is celebrated all over India vise and it is super experience for us .

Our college fees will be around 1,35,000/- per annum and it is more than other nits comparatively and it's a bit high.but gouvernment will provide scholarship for the students and the above mentioned fees is only for the course fees ( tution fees).

Yes our college provides and gouvernment too provides scholarship for the students with merit scores and based on financial status and I got scholarship based on financial status and there are loans provided by the college management.this scholarship or loan will be sufficient to pay our tution fees.

There are separate hostels for girls and boys and the hostel fees will be around 50,000/- per annum and the hostel maintenance is good . Coming to rooms sharing there will be two sharing and three sharing and even single occupancy from our second year and for the first year we are asked to share room with four - five members and it's ok because we are new to campus and we need friends and every thing is ok coming to hostels .

The alumini network which is in our college are excellent and they help us in many Situations. This network helps manily during placements because these network create a interview feeling infront and they makes us practice the mock interviews.

Our exam structure will be similar to other nits and there will be two mid semester type of exams and we call it sessionals and these exams will be in between of a semesters in a year and there will be lab exams ( practicals ) , basically before and after these sessionals and the assignments and projects submission is common thing goes on.

Coming to their experience it is good every one here is well experienced and their standard of teaching is ok but their care over us is not much as expected they will teach leisurely and they won't worry about portion they teaches very slowly and when the exam dates approach then Thier speed meter increases and here we will face problem , apart from this everything is ok with the faculty.
