Remarks

College is great. But as it is not situated in the city or near any renowned city its difficult for one to find something other than studies. The area surrounding the campus area is needed to be developed n well set. The college also has a very less placement.

Entrance Preview

I appeared for the Maharashtra state common entrance exam which was then commonly known as CET. I landed up in the college by strong recommendations & as it wasn't much distance apart from the hometown, but a good college of all time. There was no interview taken. Currently I am preparing for Masters and I just got my college admissions through MH-CET. As I was interested in the core branch since so long, I opted for these course.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

As I chose Mechanical Engg. it was a great & frolicking experience. Also many different parameters contributed to these things as my complete staff was highly qualified so it was great to learn from them. Gaining knowledge from them was a pleasure.

Internships Opportunities

No internships were allowed by the college, however it was compulsory for every student to attend the college and lectures completely. Nearly 80 to 100 % syllabus is completed in the campus itself. No internships were done, so don't know about the stipend.

Placement Experience

1.5

For Placement good efforts are taken by the college faculty. But the placement process is not so well. I don't have that precise idea about the percentage students placed annually but it was quite low. Major recruiters were Mahindra & Mahindra. Package given was 3 lakhs.

College Events

4

Many technical & nontechnical events were held in the college. Various activities were performed in the campus as well, but the prizes & awards for the same were too less or insufficient Cultural events are the great attraction. The college authorities include the nominated candidates, so they manage good on their level.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes the college can be said affordable. We needed to pay Rs.68000/- per year. Which was including the stationary and all other academics related stuff.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the college do provide the Minority Scholarships. Yes I availed one. Else there wasn't anything specific from the institute side. I never heard anything about the loan or anything from the college support.

Campus Life

5

Great it was. Full fledged chances for extracurricular activities. Everyone gets enough opportunities to discover the good & strong things in themselves. But the college lacks over the facilities point. As mentioned above, the prizes provided for the same were insufficient due to which student didn't participate much.

Hostel Facilities

5

Yes. There were 3 variety of hostels. They were having rooms on sharing. 1st hostel had 5 students in sharing whose fees were 30000/- annually. 2nd Hostel had 2 students in sharing where we need to pay 55000/- annually. And the 3rd hostel had 4 students in sharing where the fees were 35000/- No there were no PGs. Food quality is very good, it was liked by everyone. It is well cooked, neatness & cleanliness were very likely to be found over there.

Alumni/Alumna

Superb. The college really have a great alumni network. Good platform was provided by the college for the students to have a good & fruitful interaction with the alumni. Yes the alumni surely contribute to the overall development of the college & the students also.

Exam Structure

No, not at all. Rather they were enjoying. All those things were completely disciplined and chilled culture and environment as well.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty was highly qualified of my mechanical branch. They were very helping and innovative as per the practical perspective. Due to their strictness & well focused attitude, it was easy to clear the exams without much difficulty, as we used to regularly attend the lectures & practical sessions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
