Professional and fun.

Overall I sorta loved my college. Just the placements didnt work out so well. Still a good experience about life I learned from this college. A thing I'll remember for life!

I had to give the MH-CET. I landed up through merit. No interview process as such. Friends told me about this course.

The course was fairly good. There were enough practicals conducted based on the syllabus of Mumbai University. Yes. Research initiatives are being taken up at the project level.

No internship facilities provided by the college. But the professors did guide us to take internships based on our interests.

Placement scenario was a bit dry due to decline in the technical field overall. Around 40% of the students did get placed. Some midscale mass recruiters did came for placements. TCS and TeraData came last year. Average package was around 5lacs.

The festival was awesome. We had a 5 day festival, where there was a 2 day even only on sports, playing some outdoor games was refreshing. Then came the technical, cultural fests, which was awesome. They was a huge footbaal, students from different colleges did attend the technical and cultural activities.

It was a bit expensive 1 lac approx for each year. Too high for a middle class family. But due to the scholarship it was around 75 k per year. So that was good. Approximately around 3.5 lac for a 4 year course was the total fees.

The college did provide scholarship under the minority religions quota by state government. There were also scholarships available for the EBC classes. Yes i availed the scholarship every year and got 25k year. The college did not provide any loan but helped in paying the fees in emi.

Generally there wasn't much extra curricular activities held. However periodically guests seminars by Industry experts did guide us on our field. Workshops were also conducted based on our subjects which was really helpful.

No i wasn't residing in the hostel, as my house was near. But from friends came to know that tht hotel service was good. Sharing rooms were provided, and it was only for the college students. Cost was also affordable around 40k per year. The food quality was a bit okay, not much good.

The alumni interaction platform wasn't much good. However the alumni interaction through social media was really helpful specially for our projects work and for improvement in the college facilities.

The exams weren't frequent. Per semester there were 2 unit tests of 20 marks each conducted. There was 1 lab every day conducted for each subject of 1 hour. Hence it was a bit if chilled culture, not much of pressure.

The faculty is well educated and qualified. Some professors were M.E/M.TECH graduate and some pursued their PHD. Yes, they are very interactive. The standard of teaching is very good.
