All About Vnit

I choose this course because it provides both the opportunities to get placement in core and it sector and it's a evergreen branch . Faculty and student ratio in vnit is good .I don't feel that their is lack of faculty members. Professor are well educated and most of them are PhD holders from top recognised institutes of India . Their teaching method is also good execet few of professor, their teaching method is not up to the mark . We have two main examination in one semester one is mid sem and another is end sem and their are many quiz and viva exam before mid and end sem examination.To pass these exams are not so difficult except Computer programing. Professor prepare a tough paper for CP which one book even though many students can't clear it . So prepare it at your own . Don't completely depend on professors only.

Many companies provide internship to students. Ours mentors also got the same but it is quite difficult also because number of internship offers are not so much it is limited and top students only get it

Placement in our college it quite good it's improving day by day .From 3rd year students are eligible for placements .many students opts for internship.Approx 350 visits our college for placements and provide large numbers of offers for students.For this year highest package was 64lpa and avg package varies for different branches for cse it is almost 18-20 lpa and for ece it is 16 lpa.From my department almost 90% students got placed.

In vnit 1 semester academic fees is 68000 and hostel fee is 37000. On the basis of caste their have different fee structure.for sc and St students their is no academic fee they only have to pay hostel and mess fee. Their is also fee reduction on the parents annual income .Their are many scholarship exams which are organised by the college and different clubs for scholarship.

Life at campus is so good and enjoyable.Their are two fest in our college one is Technical fest named Axis and another is cultural fest named Aarohi .And their are many small small events which includes Department gathering IG , intramural for sports and Cultnight. VNIT has a huge library with large collection of books and generals .It have is official website also from where we can get e books.Classrooms are high tech ,it has capacity to accomodate 120 students and we'll equipped with ac, fan, light,sound system and projectors .Most of the professor make use of projectors to teach their shows us their PPT on projectors to teach and also provide same ppts to us for study . Their are many clubs which are made by the students for the students,in vnit their are more than 30 clubs .

Hostel fee for one semester is 37000 including mess fees .For first year they provide double seater room from 2nd year we get single seater room .Room size is large it can easily accommodate 3 students easily .In room we get two lights.two fans , cloth hangers ,a small balcony, and 3 cupboards.Mess menu is nice and quality of meal is okay okay not so good not so bad . Registration process for hostel is quite easy during the academic admission you can register for hostel too which takes approx 20 min for the same . If I rented a room in this locality then it will cost me more because this area is well developed and we'll connected through all the means of transport. Near gate number three we have a metro station which provides well connectivities with other areas of city.Do I thing here choosing a hostel will be good choice or you want affordable rooms so you need to go away from college but it will make you difficult to travel such long distance daily for your classes.
