My college experience has been really great.

Some bad remarks are food and region wise politics. The only thing I want to be removed from the college is the region-wise politics. I have got some really great friends, earned vast knowledge not only about studies but also about life. The college has given me everything i.e, happiness, sadness, disappointment, shocks, surprises and much more too. This has been my home for more than 3 years till now and while writing this I realized that I have to leave this home next year.

Entrance exam I have written is JEE-MAINS. I have scored 224/360 in that and it cumulated with my class 12 marks given me a rank of 3144. There was no interview process. The factor that made me choose Information Technology is quite simple. I hated physics in in my class 12 so I wanted to take some branch that doesn't have physics and I have opted for this course.

The course Information Technology is really good with a little inexperienced faculty. Lot of focus is done on practical learning by the introduction of project based learning. It is the responsibility of the student to utilize it correctly and gain a lot of knowledge through projects. In fact it is quite better way than the similar branch in our college i.e, computer science.

Yes the college provides internship opportunities but personally I haven't done that. I have done my internship at VMware, Bangalore. So I AM not sure of the stipend of the college internship.

Placement is very good in our college as the quality of students will be high. The placement team too works pretty hard to make sure many get placed and also to reduce pointer cut off for the companies. In our branch around till now more than 85% of the students got placed. If total college is considered, around 60% people would have got placed. Some of the major companies that visited our campus are Microsoft, Samsung, Oracle, Wells Fargo, Intuit, Qualcomm, Tesco, Texas, McAfee and many more..

The fests in our college are Technical - engineer Cultural - incident And some other small fests like crrescendo. Engineer and incident long 4 days and crrescendo is for 2 days. And there will be lots and lots of events to organize or participate in that.

College fees would be around 60000 per semester. In odd semester the fees would be some 4000-5000 more than the fees that is paid in even semester as they would take some extra fees at that time like swimming pool fee, internet fee etc..

Yes the college provides scholarship for people who have got ranks below 2000. I didn't avail any scholarship. Yes the college helps in getting loans to pay the fees. And even here I didn't take loan anytime for which I cannot mention any details about that.

There are lots of extracurricular activities organized. Many competitons for different sports like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton etc.. are organized. I have participated in cricket which Iam Interested in. There are lots of facilities for it.

For first and second years, it will be sharing. For third and fourth years it is single room. Iam a boy and I am not sure how this process has been for girls. Hostel fees would be 4000 per semester for sharing room and 5000 per semester for single rooms. Food is too bad in every mess. Some times the food will be too good and sometimes too bad.

Yes, the alumni interaction has been great. There are also some events organized for student alumni interaction. They have contributed a lot.

They do make me tired but only for some time because college has taught me how to enjoy the life. So I can definitely come out of that tiredness very soon.

I should say frankly that compared to other branches, our branch has a little inexperienced faculty. Other branches have many experienced faculty. And they are very interactive that they are available to us anytime.
